Credit Manager – for those who have been in the business for less than 2 years. The Credit Manager position requires an undergraduate degree, or at least 2 years of experience in the financial field. The Credit Manager position is what our office was founded on. This individual will work with clients by providing credit solutions and advice to client and be expected to maintain knowledge of products and programs pertaining to The Bank of England guidelines and requirements as well as understand the application of guidelines. The person who applies for this position must be competitive, have the ability to multi-task at a high level, have time management and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.

Mortgage Banker - the Mortgage Banking position is for a person who has been in the business for at least 3 years, looking to enhance their skill set and become efficient in the ever changing mortgage market.  This individual will work with clients by providing loan solutions and advice, convert leads into funded loans, be expected to maintain knowledge of products and programs pertaining to The Bank of England guidelines and requirements as well as understand the application of guidelines.  The person who applies for this position must be competitive, have the ability to multi-task at a high level, have time management and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.

Office Manager - the Office Manager is responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, greeting clients, keeping office supplies stocked, maintaining common areas, ordering appraisals, verifying employment, assisting with computer system updates, as well as other projects and tasks as they arise.  This position requires proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, and experience with Calyx Point is preferable.  The person who applies for this position must be motivated, have the ability to multi-task at a high level, have time management and computer skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication.
