BIO:
Working with individuals and families, I examine their options and advise them as theyrelate to the financing of their residential property. I take the time to educate each client
while walking them through the process. I treat every client’s file with 100% focus on
closing quickly and ensuring all parties are satisfied. I have a BBA with a double major
in finance and marketing from the Ohio University. My entire career in the mortgage
industry is dedicated to closing residential mortgage transactions. I have closed and
overseen over $500 million in loans given to clients on purchase and refinance
transactions. I am currently a Mortgage Banker with The Bank of England. On a personal
note, I am a dedicated father who thoroughly enjoys spending time with my children, as
well as an avid sports fan.

I want to share my experience with Bank of England and specifically Jason Kindler.
My situation begins back in February when my wife and I decided that we wanted to expand our family by having a child. At the same time we also decided that we wanted to build our family's new home in lieu of purchasing a pre-existing home. A few short weeks later we were working with a major bank in the mortgage industry and we found out that we were expecting not one, but two babies.
Everything was going great! Our builder was amazing and we were pre-approved for our new home with all of the fancy upgrades.
Fast forward to 5 days before closing. It was a Friday evening at approximately 6pm. Our lender called and gave us news we did not want to hear. Our loan did not get approved. We were heart broken an extremely nervous because our lease for our apartment was ending at the same time we were suppose to close on our new home. We were going to be homeless and had twins on the way.
Our salesperson told us that she had a number to another loan officer, Jason,that might be able to help us. I called Jason that night and told him our situation. He asked me to fax our information to him and he would see what he could do. I faxed all of our documents to Jason on Sunday evening and was contacted by him before noon on Monday. As Jason worked on our loan, he stayed available via phone and email. If I called he answered or returned my call within an hour. And every email was returned. This never happened with the other company.
By the end of the week, Jason was confident that our loan could be closed. By the end of the following week we got the great news that our loan was going to get closed.
Jason received our documents, the same documents the other mortgage company got. He worked on the numbers, he submitted our loan application, got an approval, and our loan closed in 3 weeks. We got in our family's new home and will be forever grateful to Jason Kindler and Bank of England for helping us fulfill our dream.

Well I have to admit if go back to the beginning when we first talked to you in the LAX Airport it would be about 45 days which I know is normal for a loan but for us felt like a eternity since we where with Carolyn for 3 months and got nowhere. Its been extremely stressful for all of us and I actually can't believe its over. We do appreciate everything you did and all the hours you put in on the loan. I know you have other loans to do and probably more easier ones to deal with, but in the end you stuck with it and us and we thank you on not giving up on us. I am very satisfied with the work Mr. Kindler has done for me. He informed me from the
beginning what my options are in refinancing. He didn't give me
any false hopes of what could be, but what he can do to help. I
had lots of credit card in which I could have only paid the
minimum on a monthly basis. My reason for refinancing was to
lower my interest rate, but he worked his magic and now I have
two credit cards left to pay off with a very small balance and
my interest rate is lower than what my bank was offering me. Mr.
