Bank of England Staff - Quinton Harris
BIO:
As the Area Manager for The Bank of England in Jacksonville, Fla., I advise individuals as they examine their options of financing residential property. I believe if I help enough people achieve their goals, I will be successful in achieving my own. I am a Finance graduate from The University of Tennessee and have spent my entire career in closing mortgage transactions. I have managed over 50 loan officers and overseen $700 million in loans given on purchases and refinance transactions. I thrive on closing loans that even competitors cannot, and take time to educate each client while walking them through the process. I encourage my staff to have the same philosophies. Our goal is to make the mortgage loan process like no other before, through unparallel customer service and accountability. My ultimate goal is to live a positive lifestyle by avoiding negativity. My staff and I look forward to working with you soon!
TESTIMONIALS:
My fiancée and I have been involved in a long distance relationship for the past 2 years. It was long distance only because she was involved in a nasty custody battle that her ex-husband was dragging out. At a court hearing in January we were ordered to secure a house by the next court date in May. Being the diligent soon-to-be husband that I am, I immediately started the process of getting pre-approved. I checked with my bank and they immediately said that I qualified for a substantial amount, but they never ran my credit. I wasn’t comfortable with this. So a friend had recently purchased a home and secured funding with BOE and he gave me the name of Quinton Harris. When I called him we went through all the standard questions and he told me that I needed to do some work on my credit. There was a derogatory mark that I was not aware of on my credit. In addition to telling me I needed to fix my credit, he told me what I could do to raise my beacon score. It took almost 4 months to get my credit straightened out because one of my creditors (who will remain nameless) refused to properly report an account I had paid in full to the credit reporting agencies. Quinton stuck with me through all of this and encouraged me the whole way.
The court date was fast approaching and I wanted to be able to tell the judge that we had closed on the house and not simply in the process. After all the obstacles and the troubles I was having, I was finally able to close on my first house the week before the court date. Had it not been for Quinton, Josh Binczak and the rest of the staff at BOE, I would not be a homeowner today. Their dedication and attention to my situation made the difference. If you are reading this and have any doubts about financing with Bank of England, do yourself a favor and make the call. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

I want to thank you for making the ease of re-financing simple and the monthly savings are fantastic.
I went to my credit union a few times to combine my first and second mortgage into one payment and reduce the interest rates. Each time I went they were not in a position to work with a jumbo loan the rates and closing costs were crazy.
We sat down in early August and by the end of the month we were closing on the loan. You reduced the rate on my first loan from 4.90% to 4.25% and the second loan went from 7% to 4.25%. Even with the closing costs and small penalty for paying off my first mortgage I am going to save close to $700.00 per month on my mortgage! I can't thank you enough for the simplicity of the whole process.
Please use me as a reference for your customers and I will be glad to let them know how good my experience was dealing with the Bank of England (not the one across the pond but the one in Arkansas).
